   The Masters is aimed at training experts in the field of taxation, both for the independent exercise of the profession, as a tax consultant, and for their integration into the legal and tax departments of companies, law firms or consultancies, mainly. It also represents a good option for those experienced professionals who wish to update their knowledge in the rapidly changing field of taxation. The status of expert in taxation requires an analysis of taxation at the state, regional and local levels, and one which includes both the rules on procedures well as those relating to the regulation of each of taxable item, providing an overview of all aspects relating to the taxation of natural and legal persons.

   This is a University title specific to our institution run by Foundation of the University of Cádiz. It lasts one academic year, 60 ECTS credits must be taken for a Masters degree and 43 for the Diploma. Curriculum

   The lectures are held on Fridays from 16 to 21 hours, and Saturdays from 9 to 14 hours at the Jerez Campus located at Avenida de la Universidad, number 4, number in Jerez de la Frontera.

Master's Structure


The Master in Taxation comes in a dual mode, Master and Diploma, thus allowing the student to choose the lectures' duration and their content in order to suit their business needs. In addition, students enrolled in the Masters will complete the course by undertaking an internship in Law, Accountancy firmsortax deparments of companies (Deloitte, Montero-Aramburu, Antonio Rosado Economistas, Cosano y Asociados, Medina Lamadrid...) or, alternatively, by drafting a research paper.

The Master's Degree is under the direction of Mr Alfonso Mas Ortiz, and Mr Francisco J. Carrasco González, professors of Tax Law at the University of Cadiz.

The curriculum was developed in collaboration with other professional firms to offer a maximum level of excellence together with a minimal disruption of the activities of the professionals wishing to follow it.
